3. Käsittelyn tarkoitus ja oikeusperuste

Henkilötietoja käsitellään yhteydenottopyyntöihin vastaamiseksi ja mahdollisen liikesuhteen selvittämiseksi. Käsittelyn oikeusperuste on GDPR artikla 6(1)(b) — käsittely on tarpeen sopimuksen tekemistä edeltävien toimenpiteiden toteuttamiseksi rekisteröidyn pyynnöstä — sekä artikla 6(1)(f) — rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettu etu asiakassuhteiden hoitamisessa.

4. Kerättävät henkilötiedot

Yhteydenottolomakkeella kerätään: nimi, sähköpostiosoite, yrityksen nimi, toimeksiannon tyyppi sekä vapaamuotoinen viesti. Tietoja ei kerätä automaattisesti eikä evästeiden avulla.

5. Tietojen säilytysaika

Yhteydenottoviestit säilytetään enintään 24 kuukautta yhteydenoton vastaanottamisesta. Mikäli yhteydenotosta syntyy asiakassuhde, sovelletaan kirjanpitolain mukaisia säilytysaikoja.

6. Tietojen luovutukset ja siirrot

Tietoja ei luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille markkinointitarkoituksiin. Lomake käyttää Web3Forms-palvelua (web3forms.com) viestien tekniseen välittämiseen. Web3Forms on yhdysvaltalainen yritys — tiedonsiirto EU:n ulkopuolelle tapahtuu EU:n vakiosopimuslausekkeiden (SCC) nojalla.

7. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

GDPR:n mukaisesti sinulla on seuraavat oikeudet:

  • Tarkastusoikeus — oikeus saada tieto sinua koskevista henkilötiedoista
  • Oikaisupyyntö — oikeus vaatia virheellisten tietojen korjaamista
  • Poisto-oikeus — oikeus pyytää tietojesi poistamista
  • Käsittelyn rajoittaminen — oikeus vaatia käsittelyn rajoittamista tietyissä tilanteissa
  • Siirto-oikeus — oikeus saada tiedot siirrettyä toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle
  • Vastustamisoikeus — oikeus vastustaa käsittelyä oikeutetun edun perusteella

3. Purpose and legal basis

Personal data is processed to respond to contact requests and to explore potential business relationships. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest of the controller in managing customer relationships.

4. Personal data collected

The contact form collects: name, email address, company name, type of engagement and a free-form message. Data is not collected automatically or via cookies.

5. Retention period

Contact messages are retained for a maximum of 24 months from receipt. If the contact leads to a client relationship, statutory retention periods under the Accounting Act apply.

6. Disclosure and transfers

Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. The form uses Web3Forms (web3forms.com) for technical message transmission. Web3Forms is a US company — data transfer outside the EU takes place under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Rights of the data subject

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — right to obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed
  • Right to rectification — right to request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — right to request deletion of your data
  • Right to restriction — right to request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
  • Right to portability — right to receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to object — right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
